We want people who contact Lewisbands Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to speak up and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• How a provider we connected you with acted

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what was said and done.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Lewisbands Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened, and what you would like us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also try your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
