Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Lewisbands Walk-In Tubs wants lewisbands.living to work well for everyone. That includes older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are common rules for making websites easier to use.
Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Use large, easy-to-read text with strong color contrast
- Make every page work with a keyboard
- Lay out pages so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@lewisbands.living and we will do our part to help. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@lewisbands.living and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong, and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, your device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
